Duncan Bridgeman, a double Grammy-nominated filmmaker and musician, was born in London to Leslie and Zena Bridgeman. Over the course of two decades, Bridgeman has composed and produced music, embarking on a diverse and extensive musical journey.
Bridgeman's entry into the world of filmmaking was facilitated by Chris Blackwell, owner of Island Records and Palm Pictures, which resulted in the creation of the Grammy-nominated cult hit 1 Giant Leap. In 2004, Simon Fuller of 19 Entertainment provided funding for Bridgeman's second 1 Giant Leap project, titled "What about me?".
