Dominic made his acting debut with the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2001, marking the beginning of his extensive career in classical theatre. He has since appeared in numerous productions, including Romeo and Juliet, As You Like It, Twelfth Night, Cymbeline, The Taming of the Shrew, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and The Merchant of Venice.
In contrast, Dominic also showcased his versatility by creating the role of Fleet in the premiere of Glyn Maxwell's Mimi and the Stalker at London's edgy Theatre 503. He then played Roland Cassard in the West End theatrical adaptation of the musical film The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, directed by Emma Rice, at the Gielgud Theatre.
Additionally, Dominic appeared in the acclaimed Woman in Black at the Fortune Theatre, playing The Actor. He also made his television debut in the BBC drama Missing, before joining the BBC's Doctors as the schizophrenic semi-regular character "Smithy."
In 2013, Dominic made his motion picture debut as Harry Witherspoon, the lead role, in the film Lucky Stiff. He has since appeared in lead roles for the internationally renowned Kneehigh Theatre Company, creating the role of Macheath in Dead Dog & Other Love Songs, for which he was nominated for a Best Actor MTA award.
Dominic has also played Tristan in Tristan & Yseult, touring and performing at the St Ann's Warehouse in New York and The Globe Theatre in London. He joined the theatre company Told By An Idiot to devise and perform a new show called I Am Thomas, which toured and played Wilton's Music Hall in London.
In 2017, Dominic starred as Jean Rene Vandegehugde in the original cast of Romantics Anonymous, a new musical at the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse at The Globe. Most recently, he played Gerald Bolingbroke at the Chichester Festival Theatre in their production of Me and My Girl in 2018.
