Growing up in the West Indies until 1983, Dionne emigrated to the United States, where she spent her formative years in the Bronx, New York. Her hometown of Plymouth, Montserrat, holds a special place in her heart, as it is now known as the "Buried City" due to the devastating eruption of the Soufriere Hills Volcano in 1995, which destroyed the island's capital city and led to the declaration of an exclusion zone.

From a tender age of two, Dionne has been immersed in the world of performance, dance, and modeling. Her artistic inclinations continued to flourish throughout her elementary school years, all the way through graduate school. Today, Dionne resides in Southern California, dividing her time between Los Angeles and New York City as she pursues her passion for TV, film, theatre, commercials, and modeling.
