Dimitris Nakos, a multifaceted creative force, resides and operates in Athens, Greece, where he wears many hats as a director, screenwriter, and producer. His academic credentials are equally impressive, boasting a PhD from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, with a focus on the intricacies of cinema and philosophy. Additionally, he has earned a graduate degree from the esteemed Postgraduate Program in Cultural Management at Panteion University, as well as the Department of History and Archaeology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Throughout his illustrious career, Nakos has directed a total of 14 short films, many of which have been showcased and garnered accolades at esteemed festivals in Greece and beyond. Furthermore, he has lent his expertise as a producer and assistant director to over 50 productions, encompassing a diverse range of short and feature films, as well as documentaries.
