National Award-winning filmmaker Devanshu began his career by assisting renowned directors Nikkhil Advani and Vikramaditya Motwane on feature and advertising films.
His debut Kashmiri short film, Tamaash, earned him the prestigious 61st Silver Lotus National Award.
Devanshu's debut feature film, Chintu Ka Birthday, a heartfelt dramedy, co-written and co-directed with Satyanshu Singh, tells the story of an Indian family's struggles to celebrate the 6th birthday of their son, Chintu, amidst the backdrop of the US invasion of Iraq.
Released in 2020 on ZEE5 Premium, Chintu Ka Birthday received widespread critical acclaim and audience appreciation.
His second feature film, the romantic dramedy 14 Phere, starring Vikrant Massey and Kriti Kharbanda, premiered on ZEE5 in 2021.
Devanshu is currently working on his upcoming musical drama series for JioCinema, which is currently in post-production.
In addition to his feature work, Devanshu has created several acclaimed ad films and has been a key collaborator at AIB, directing several viral sketches.
He continues to develop new series and feature projects, while also writing songs and lyrics in parallel.
Devanshu's ultimate goal is to create content across various genres, pushing himself to be recognized as a versatile filmmaker.
