Derek Hughes, a talented individual, hails from the state of Minnesota, where he initially pursued his passion for acting by enrolling at the University of Minnesota to hone his craft.
As a collaborative effort, Derek and his partner took home the prestigious First Place award in Stage Magic from the International Brotherhood of Magicians in 1997 for their impressive performance, aptly titled "Express Train".
In addition to his impressive magical feats, Derek has also had the opportunity to showcase his comedic talents on a national stage, specifically at the Aspen Comedy Festival during the winter of 2001.
