Deon Lotz, a renowned and award-winning actor, pursued a degree in drama at Cape Town before embarking on a 13-year career in the hospitality industry, where he opened and managed various five-star hotels in and around Cape Town.
After re-entering the acting world in 2001, Deon has appeared in a diverse range of theatre, television, radio, and film productions. In 2008, he received a Fleur du Cap - Best Actor theatre nomination for his performance in "Wrestlers" at Artscape.
Deon's impressive acting career continued with a nomination for a KykNET Fiesta Theatre Award as Best Actor in the play "Agterplaas" in 2012.
