Dennis's early life was marked by a childhood spent in the picturesque town of Massapequa, situated in the state of New York. His formative years were characterized by a strong foundation in the arts, as he pursued a two-year program at the renowned Meisner Conservatory, which was then affiliated with the prestigious School for Film and Television, now rebranded as the New York Conservatory.
Throughout his career, Dennis has amassed an impressive array of credits, having appeared in over 20 commercials, as well as a variety of films and television shows. His versatility as a performer has also led him to explore the realm of voice-over artistry, with his distinctive voice featured in numerous advertisements and movie trailers.
In addition to his impressive acting credentials, Dennis has also demonstrated his athletic prowess as a defenseman on the lacrosse field, having played Division 1 lacrosse at Stony Brook University, where he also earned his degree.
