Biography

David Zahedian, an American actor, was born in Huntsville, Alabama, to Iranian parents. Growing up in the beautiful Northern Alabama, he enjoyed his experiences as a Boy Scout leader while in Catholic school as a child. His parents, who had married in England three years prior, relocated to Alabama to continue their education in business.

As a child, David was fascinated by the natural surroundings and adventures of the South. He discovered a new passion for martial arts, particularly Bruce Lee's idea of Kung Fu, which led him to study the Choy Li Fut system. Martial arts played a significant role in his life until his teens, when he fell in love with the world of basketball.

Despite his dedication to basketball, David's injury at a young age forced him to reassess his priorities. His parents' subsequent divorce led him to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he finished high school and sought a stable job with his father. However, David was unhappy with the job opportunities available in business and decided to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.

David chose to become a working actor, a career path that no one in his family had pursued. He dedicated himself to creative studying and remained part of his acting school, First Take, where he learned the First Take Method taught by Nancy Berwid. Today, David resides in the San Fernando Valley and continues to pursue his career as a working actor.

In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, David's creativity also extends to his work abilities outside of the arts. He stumbled upon the world of real estate, which complements his career as a film actor. After working on several low-budget feature films and shorts, David recently appeared on TV shows such as House MD, starring Hugh Laurie, and SouthLAnd, starring Lucy Liu.

David's most recent role was a small supporting part in the feature film, The Republic of Two, starring Janet Montgomery. He is represented by Nancy Berwid Management.
