New Zealand-born actor David Warbeck embarked on his feature film career with a debut appearance in the 1970 cinematic production, "My Lover, My Son". Following his studies at London's prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Warbeck transitioned to a professional acting career, quickly gaining popularity throughout the 1970s as a leading European star in low-budget genre films produced in Italy, the United States, and England. Notable films featuring Warbeck's talent include Antonio Margheriti's science fiction adventure, "Treasure Island in Outer Space", released in 1987, as well as Lucio Fulci's supernatural horror film, "The Beyond", which premiered in 1981. Warbeck's final film appearance was in Jake West's 1998 horror film, "Razor Blade Smile". Tragically, Warbeck's life was cut short when he succumbed to cancer on July 23, 1997, at the young age of 55, in London.
