David's paternal lineage began with his father, the Reverend W.J. Paradine Frost, a respected clergyman who sadly passed away in the year 1967. His mother, Mona, born in the year 1903, resided in the charming town of Beccles, situated in the picturesque county of Suffolk. David was blessed with a sibling, his sister Mrs. Margaret Bill, who resided in the quaint coastal town of Whitby.
