David Francis, a talented Quebec-based actor, embarked on a significant life chapter by relocating to England to pursue his passion for acting at the prestigious London Academy of Dramatic Arts, following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts degree in languages from McGill University, his alma mater in his native Montreal.
This bold decision marked the beginning of a twenty-year sojourn in the United Kingdom, during which time Francis honed his craft by working and touring with esteemed theatre companies across England, Scotland, and Wales, as well as in various European countries and India with the renowned Naya Theatre, based in Bhopal.
Fast-forward to the present, David Francis has returned to his Canadian roots, where he has been incredibly active, working extensively throughout the North American country. In addition to his thriving theatre career, Francis has also made a name for himself in the film and television industries, further solidifying his reputation as a versatile and accomplished actor.
