David Congalton, a native of Chicago, has taken on a distinguished role as a screenwriting faculty member of the Rocaberti Writers' Retreat, which rotates its location between France and Spain, offering a unique cultural experience for its participants.
From 1994 to 2005, Congalton served as the director of the Central Coast Writers' Conference in San Luis Obispo, providing a platform for writers to share their work and learn from industry professionals.
As a veteran radio host, Congalton has had the privilege of conducting interviews with a diverse range of notable figures, including Leslie Nielsen, Jeff Daniels, Carol Channing, Billy Joel, Richard Benjamin, Peter Riegert, Eva Marie Saint, Hal Holbrook, and Tippi Hedren.
