Throughout his screen credits, David has played a wide range of characters, including those who have shared romantic moments with Julia Roberts, stolen Tom Cruise's wife, berated Brooke Shields, and married and divorced Debra Messing. He has also snubbed Sarah Jessica and Mr. Big, showcasing his versatility as an actor.
However, David's impressive on-screen resume belies his extensive background in theatre, where he has honed his craft as a trained actor with significant stage experience.
