Danny Jesus Rivera Del Toro was born at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Hollywood, California, and his arrival was marked by an unusual display of excitement from his mother, Barbara, who would talk movies with Dr. James McNulty, the obstetrician and husband of Hollywood actress Ann Blyth, whenever she felt the baby kicking and jumping inside her womb.
As his family rented an apartment in Los Angeles, Danny's early life was filled with the glamour of the film industry, and after his family moved to Glendale when he was just two years old, he has resided there ever since.
Danny's interest in acting began to take shape while he was attending junior college in 1988, when he decided to study acting, encouraged by his first acting teacher, Ken Gray, who saw great potential in him and encouraged him to perform in live theater.
After performing in his first play, Danny fell deeply in love with the arts, and his passion has only grown stronger over the years. He has since been seen in numerous television commercials, including those for Taco Bell, Bud Light, and Blue Cross, where he played the role of an expectant father, uttering names like Lancelot, Cornelius, Thor, and Shlomo Del Toro.
In addition to his work in commercials, Danny has also studied music in Argentina and has performed in both plays and musicals around the United States and South America, showcasing his versatility as a performer.
With a strong passion for making feature films and doing live theater, Danny is currently filming a feature called Be My Baby and is preparing to film Geezas later in the year, further solidifying his commitment to his craft.
