Daniel de los Reyes, born on July 18, 1962, is a renowned American percussionist with a remarkable career spanning multiple genres and decades.
As a drummer, he began his professional journey working with actor and singer Ben Vereen. This early exposure led to notable collaborations with Steve Winwood, Yanni, and Ricky Martin, with whom he performed at the 1999 and 2000 Grammy Awards.
De los Reyes' impressive discography includes work on Philip Bailey's Soul on Jazz (2002),Earth, Wind & Fire's The Promise (2003),Devoted Spirits: A Tribute to Earth Wind and Fire (2004),and the Jimi Hendrix tribute album Power of Soul (2004).
He has also lent his talents to a wide range of projects, including Peter Frampton's Fingerprints (2006),The Killers' Day & Age (2008),and Brandon Flowers' debut album Flamingo (2010).
