Born in Philadelphia, Dan's journey in the world of acting began when he found innovative ways to make learning more engaging by reading his school books aloud in different character voices. This early passion for acting only grew stronger as he continued to explore his creative side.
Dan's first foray into performing came when he auditioned for the musical Camelot during his freshman year at his fourth high school, landing the lead role of King Arthur. This pivotal moment marked a turning point in his life, as he finally understood his true calling.
As he progressed through his high school years, Dan continued to hone his craft, taking on additional musicals, theater productions, and even opera roles at the University of Arizona Opera. His experiences with the University of Arizona Opera led to connections with a local theater company in Tucson and eventually, his first agent.
With the support of his agent, Dan was able to expand his opportunities and skills, venturing into runway and television work. After completing his studies, Dan made the decision to relocate to Wilmington, North Carolina, to be closer to his family.
During the day, Dan worked as a high school choir teacher, while in the evenings, weekends, and summers, he pursued acting and modeling opportunities through his agent. However, after 12 years of growing a successful pressure washing business and empowering a talented team to run the day-to-day operations, Dan decided to take a break from acting to focus on his entrepreneurial endeavors.
Thanks to the encouragement and support of his friends in the industry, Dan eventually returned to acting and modeling, and his story is still being written...
