Damian Young's early life took place in the nation's capital, Washington DC, where he spent his formative years. Following his educational pursuits, he attended Kenyon College in the state of Ohio. Subsequently, in the year 1984, Young made the move to New York City, where he became an integral part of the Cucaracha Theatre Company.
Throughout his illustrious career, Young has had the privilege of performing on and off-Broadway, as well as at various notable regional theaters, including The Vineyard, Playwright Horizons, Soho Rep, The Flea, and The Atlantic Theater, among others. His extensive work in film and television has also garnered significant attention, with notable roles on popular shows such as The Comeback on HBO, Californication on Showtime, and many other productions.
