Dalton Day was born in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia, and later relocated to California in the year 2004. He is the son of David and Kelly Day, and is a twin, being only two minutes younger than his sister Skyler Day.
Dalton's early life was marked by his attendance at Chapparal High School in Temecula, California. Prior to his involvement in music and acting, he was a competitive gymnast, but an unfortunate and serious skateboarding accident at the age of 14 forced him to reevaluate his priorities.
During his recovery, his parents purchased a guitar for him, which ultimately led to his development as a self-taught musician and songwriter. Fans can find his music on YouTube, where he showcases his talents.
Dalton's introduction to the world of acting began in 2011, when he landed his first role in the popular TV series Criminal Minds. With his gymnastics background, stunts come easily to him, and he often enjoys performing his own stunts on set when given the opportunity.
Before pursuing acting full-time, Dalton had the chance to work on a film set in Atlanta, Georgia, alongside his twin sister Skyler in their first film, The Adventures of Ociee Nash, which was released in 2002.
