Dalton Alfortish is a multifaceted individual who has made a name for himself as an actor, comedian, and director. Born on October 17, 1990, at a movie theatre in New Orleans, Louisiana, it is as if fate had a hand in shaping his destiny.
Growing up in a city known for its vibrant theatrics, Alfortish's love for the dramatic arts was instilled in him from a young age. Despite pursuing a degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans, he continued to nurture his passion for acting, landing his first professional role in the 2008 short film "The Zeppelin Parable".
As his career began to take off, Alfortish found himself working steadily in the film and television industry, starring in successful projects such as "22 Jump Street", "Scream: The TV Series", "The Big Short", "Jack Reacher: Never Go Back", and more. To further hone his skills, he trained in stunts, voice-acting, commercial acting, and improv.
In 2016, Alfortish made the bold decision to relocate to Los Angeles, seeking new challenges and opportunities. He began training at The Groundlings and soon found himself performing at some of LA's most renowned comedy clubs. His hard work paid off when he landed a series regular role on the popular children's show "Challenge Squad", produced by former Disney and Nickelodeon executives.
However, Alfortish's creative ambitions did not stop there. After a two-year stint on "Challenge Squad", he turned his attention to writing and directing. Despite the challenges he faced, his upcoming short film "Nowhere" is set to premiere in Summer 2020.
When he's not on set, Alfortish can be found indulging in his love of literature and philosophy.
