Dacia Maraini, a renowned Italian writer and actress, entered the world on November 13, 1936, in the culturally rich city of Florence, nestled in the picturesque region of Tuscany, Italy. Throughout her illustrious career, she has garnered recognition for her captivating performances in films such as Conjugal Love (1970),Kill the Fatted Calf and Roast It (1970),and Aborto: Parlano le donne (1976). Prior to her current life path, Maraini was married to the accomplished poet and writer, Lucio Pozzi.
