Biography:
Curtis, a photographer with a family background in photography, began capturing images at the tender age of 15. His passion for photography was nurtured further as he attended the esteemed Los Angeles Art Center College of Design, which served as a springboard for his successful career in advertising.
Throughout his illustrious career, Curtis has garnered numerous accolades and awards for his outstanding work in advertising, including the prestigious N.Y. Art Director Award, Norma Award, National Addys, and Clio Award. His remarkable photographs have been featured in a variety of prominent national publications, such as Town & Country, Esquire, W, Print, and Communication Arts.
Curtis's artistic pursuits extended beyond the realm of photography as he went on to attend The American Film Institute. At AFI, he received the coveted Mary Pickford Award Scholarship, which recognized his exceptional talent and dedication to his craft. His thesis film, "The Blue Men," achieved remarkable success, earning a spot among the most award-winning short films of 1990.
Currently, Curtis continues to produce and direct through his production company, Greyhouse Films. His recent film, "Oloibiri," has received widespread recognition and numerous international awards, including the Best Picture award at the NAFCA.
