During her time at NYU, Crystal had the opportunity to perform in iconic venues such as Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden, in front of crowds of 40,000, in the musical production, The Reality Show. Crystal's college experience was marked by the formation of the woman comedy-trio, The Downtown Girls, with her closest friends Chandra Russell and Emebeit Beyene. Together, they have spent over a decade developing television content, writing, pitching, and selling four pilots to television studios.
