Craig embarked on a martial arts journey, initially taking classes at Sharkey's Karate in Naperville, Illinois, under the tutelage of world-class instructors John Sharkey, Matt Mullins, and Chris Brewster, with Mary Greenburg serving as his mentor. Throughout his illustrious competition career, Craig accumulated an impressive array of accolades, including three world titles, thirty-five national titles, two ESPNISKA Championships, and three consecutive AKA Warrior Cup wins.
In addition to his martial arts pursuits, Craig balances his time between family, work, and personal endeavors in California, Washington, and New Mexico.
