John Corwin Edwards is a multifaceted American creative force, hailing from Anderson, Indiana, where he has made a name for himself as a talented filmmaker, actor, animator, stand-up comedian, storyboard artist, and writer.

Edwards is perhaps most renowned for his work as a director, having helmed the popular animated film "Hoodwinked" and its 2011 sequel. In addition to his directorial duties, he also lent his voice to the memorable character of Twitchy the Squirrel in the same franchise.

Beyond his work in animation, Edwards has also demonstrated his versatility as a writer, penning episodes for the beloved children's series "VeggieTales" and the American dub of the animated film "Doogal".
