Person Biography:
Clem, the proud grandson of renowned environmentalist, explorer, designer, and founder of the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF),Dennis Puleston, grew up in rural New Brunswick, Canada, where he developed a profound connection to nature and a hands-on approach to life.
He earned honors in theatre at Bishop's University in Quebec before moving to New York City to study under esteemed acting coaches Anthony Abeson and Larry Moss.
As a multi-talented individual, Clem has built a diverse career in television, film, and theatre. He has recently appeared as Austin in Paramount+'s Accused and has also been featured in numerous other projects, including Nurses (Global TV),Master of None (Netflix),Boardwalk Empire (HBO),The Path (Hulu),The Lottery (Lifetime),and Broad City (Comedy Central),among others.
In addition to acting, Clem is a dedicated filmmaker, director, and producer. He recently completed the five-episode historical series Backyard History and is developing multiple projects, including the action-comedy Justus: Seaghan Destroy and the workplace comedy Dislodged, set in a fishing lodge. He also produced the feature comedy Ghost Team, starring Jon Heder, Amy Sedaris, and Justin Long.
Clem is the founder of Toronto-based Leroy Street Theatre and the owner of Uldra Films. He also co-owns Cultivation Pictures with his producing partner, Sandy Hunter. Beyond his work in narrative filmmaking, he has extensive experience as a director of photography in the documentary space, primarily working with Time Magazine.
