Claus Matthes has been actively involved in the film industry since the early 2000s, initially taking on the role of production assistant and subsequently progressing to production manager and producer, collaborating with renowned directors such as Jürgen Brüning, Bruce LaBruce, Todd Verow, Jörn Hartmann, Maria Beatty, and Cheryl Dunye on various movie projects.
In addition to his work behind the camera, Matthes has been an integral part of the organization and programming team for the Porn Film Festival Berlin since its inaugural event in 2006, playing a significant role in shaping the festival's content and direction.
