Katalin Liptai, a Hungarian television presenter and actress, was born on July 15, 1973, in Budapest. Her parents are Lipták István and Sánta Ilona.
Despite her talent, Liptai was expelled from the Kaffka Margit Gimnázium in 1988 due to her poor behavior and numerous unexcused absences. She then supported herself through computer fortune-telling from 1989 to 1993.
During this time, she also attended an evening high school for two years and earned her high school diploma. After completing her high school education, she successfully completed the OKJ-s certification program at the Gór Nagy Mária Színitanoda.
From 1993 to 1997, Liptai attended the Színház- és Filmművészeti Főiskola, where she earned her diploma in acting.
As a student, she became a member of the Vígszínház from 1995 to 2000. She began her television career in 1993, appearing in the series "Szomszédok" and later in the "Csííz" program on RTL Klub.
In 1999, she transferred to TV2 and appeared in the series "Pasik!" In 2001, she began hosting her own show, "The Claudia Show," on TV2. In 2002, she became the host of "Big Brother."
From 2004 to 2011, Liptai was a co-host of the morning show "Mokka" on TV2. In 2007, she and her husband created a children's book together called "Kis Éji Mesék."
In 2009, she appeared in the Playboy magazine. In 2014, she participated in the TV2 show "Sztárban sztár" as a judge.
Liptai was married to Gesztesi Károly and had a daughter named Panka Sára in 2006. Her husband Gesztesi Károly was the father of Panka Sára. In 2009, she started living with Daróczi Dávid, a government spokesperson, but his tragic death by suicide on April 2, 2010, ended their relationship.
