Claire was born in London, England, to a family with a unique cultural blend. Her father, of English descent, and her mother, of German origin, instilled in her a sense of global citizenship. At a tender age, they relocated to Canada, where Claire would spend her formative years. Although she holds a British passport, she has always identified as a Canadian, deeply rooted in the culture of her adopted homeland.
Claire's childhood was marked by a strong connection to the Toronto community, particularly the High Park area, where she grew up surrounded by vibrant city life. Her teenage years saw her foray into the world of modeling, where she gained experience on the runway, in magazine spreads, and commercial advertisements. Her 6-foot stature at the tender age of 16 undoubtedly contributed to her early success in the industry.
Traveling has been a significant aspect of Claire's life, allowing her to broaden her horizons and develop a deeper understanding of the world. Her proficiency in German, acquired through summers spent in a charming town outside Cologne, Germany, with her beloved grandmother Kai, has been a valuable asset. In fact, Claire named her production company, Kai Productions, in homage to her grandmother.
As Claire entered adulthood, she made the bold decision to return to her roots in London, enrolling at the prestigious Central School of Drama. After completing her studies, she followed her father to California, where she attempted to make a name for herself in the competitive world of Hollywood.
Today, Claire's mother resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, while Claire's filmography boasts an impressive range of credits, including Best of the Best II (1993),Drop Zone (1994),Sensation (1994),Mind Ripper (1995),Sweepers (1998),and a small yet memorable role in The Doors (1991).
