Biography

Charles Vincent Dingley, a multifaceted creative force, was born on September 6, 1940, in Garden City, Michigan. His journey in the entertainment industry began in regional theater, where he honed his skills as a director and stage manager.

He later relocated to the East Coast, working with esteemed organizations such as Yale Repertory and the Negro Ensemble Company, before founding Platinum Pictures in New York City.

In 1971, Chuck made his cinematic debut with the comedic adult short feature "The Appointment". He went on to produce a diverse range of films, often blending humor and arousal, throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Some notable titles include "While the Cat's Away...", "Blue Summer", "Lecher", "Heavy Load", "Visions", "Dirty Lily", "Jack + Jill", "MisBehavin'", "Roommates", "Puss 'n Boots", "In Love", "Bordello", "House of the Rising Sun", and "Sex Crimes 2084".

Chuck collaborated with renowned adult film stars, such as Veronica Hart, Samantha Fox, and Jamie Gillis, in his hardcore productions. Outside of his adult film work, he also ventured into low-budget, R-rated comedies like "Summer Camp", "Hot T-Shirts", "C.O.D.", "Preppies", "Hollywood Hot Tubs", "Wimps", "Sex Appeal", "Slammer Girls", and "New York's Finest", as well as the horror film "Deranged", the period action drama "Warrior Queen", and the erotic thriller "Bedroom Eyes II". He even appeared in small roles in some of his own films.

Sadly, Chuck Vincent passed away at the age of 51 due to AIDS complications on September 23, 1991, in Key West, Florida.
