Biography

Chris began his filmmaking journey at the tender age of 13, and his early works gained significant recognition in the Tampa Bay area, where he attended high school. One of his notable films, "Palm Harbor Vice" (1991),a parody of the popular TV series "Miami Vice" (1984),became a cult hit and garnered local media attention. The sequel, "Palm Harbor Vice 2: Brotherhood of the Monkey" (1993),earned Chris an award for "Best Original Teleplay" at the 1996 TimeWarner Spotlight Achievement Awards.

Chris's creative endeavors continued with "The Epic of Detective Mandy: Book One - Satan Claus" (1989),a five-part series of teleplays that explored the thrilling world of monsters and zombies in a small town. This series, too, became a cult sensation, with a devoted following for both its television broadcasts and bootlegged tapes that circulated throughout the State of Florida.

To support himself during film school, Chris took up a part-time job at The Home Shopping Network in the early 1990s, working overnight shifts while attending school during the day. He has since accumulated a diverse range of skills and experience, filling roles as technical director, director, editor, robotic cameras operator, audio mixer, and chyron graphics operator for various companies, including E! Entertainment Television, G4TV, Style Network, Current TV, TV Guide Channel, DirecTV, Disney, Nickelodeon, CBS Sports Network, Time Warner Sports, The Golf Channel, Fox Sports Net, Vin DiBona Productions, Freemantle North America, and Home & Garden Television.

Chris continues to pursue his creative passions through his own production company, Keyframe Entertainment [us], where he writes, produces, directs, and edits his own projects.
