Chris Moyles, a radio personality born on February 22nd, 1974, in Leeds, England, to an Irish mother and an English father, Christopher Moyles, who worked for the Post Office. Moyles' early career began at a hospital radio station in his hometown of Leeds, where he started working at the tender age of 16. He then progressed to Aire FM, followed by stints at Chiltern, Luxembourg, and Capital FM. In 1997, he landed his dream job at BBC Radio One, alongside his comedy sidekick Dave Vitty. Moyles' abrasive style has led to friction with other Radio One DJs, including Mark Goodier and Nicky Campbell. Despite offers from Virgin Radio, owned by Chris Evans, who is a fan of Moyles, he declined. He also turned down an opportunity to present The Big Breakfast in 1992, choosing to maintain his radio show. Moyles was in a relationship with TV presenter Ana Boulter for a couple of years, but they parted ways in December 2001.
