Biography

Kathie Fitch's illustrious career in the performing arts began with standout roles in critically acclaimed stage productions, including the 1971 performances of "Boeing, Boeing", "Private Lives", "Lo and Behold", and "By Hex". Her exceptional comedic timing soon made her a sought-after collaborator, particularly with director Joseph W. Sarno, with whom she appeared in supporting roles in several notable films, such as "Confessions of a Young American Housewife" (1974),"A Touch of Genie" (1974),and "Abigail Lesley Is Back in Town" (1975).

Fitch's filmography also includes the horror film "Massage Parlor Murders!" (1973) and the cult comedy classic "Teenage Hitchhikers" (1974). Additionally, she lent her talents to a few television commercials, before ultimately retiring from acting by the mid-1970s.

Tragically, Kathie Fitch's life was cut short when she succumbed to breast cancer in 1990.
