Carolyn Jane Maloney, born Carolyn Jane Bosher on February 19, 1946, is a distinguished American politician who has made significant contributions to the political landscape of the United States. She served as the U.S. representative for New York's 12th congressional district from 2013 to 2023, and prior to that, she represented New York's 14th congressional district from 1993 to 2013.

Maloney's congressional district encompasses a diverse range of neighborhoods, including most of Manhattan's East Side, Astoria and Long Island City in Queens, Greenpoint, Brooklyn, and Roosevelt Island.
