Born with a natural flair for acting, Calvin discovered his talent during his junior high school years at the esteemed Augusta Mini Theater School of Arts and Performances in Augusta, Georgia. He went on to excel in numerous lead roles throughout the touring stage plays, showcasing his innate ability to captivate audiences.
Following his high school graduation, Calvin returned to the United States after serving several tours around the world with the United States Military. This life-changing experience instilled in him a sense of discipline and perseverance, which would later serve as a foundation for his successful acting career.
Determined to pursue his passion for acting on the big screens, Calvin enrolled at Nick Conti's Professional Actor's Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, one of the city's most renowned acting and film schools. Under the guidance of Hollywood's well-known film stars and acting coaches, including the esteemed Michael H. Cole, Calvin honed his craft and developed a deep understanding of the film industry.
Throughout his career, Calvin has appeared in a wide range of successful movies, including Anatomy Of Love, Bosses, and many more. Furthermore, he has also worked behind the scenes as an Associate Producer and Co-Producer on films such as The Owl in Echo Park, Banned, Blacklisted & Exploited, and numerous other projects.
As a 4th-degree ranked black belt in martial arts, Calvin is also recognized as a 4th-degree Dan in Asian martial arts, a testament to his dedication and mastery of the discipline.
