Biography

Brock Morse, an Oregon native, was captivated by the art of filmmaking at a young age, which drove him to pursue a degree in Media and Theatre Arts at Montana State University. He furthered his education at Vancouver Film School in British Columbia, where he wrote and directed numerous short films and documentaries.

As a commercial director and camera operator, Brock contributed to several Telly Award-winning videos before establishing his own production company, M.O.B Productions, in 1999.

Brock's directorial debut, the narrative feature Westender, was an "insanely ambitious" project that won Best Fiction Film at the Brussels Cinema Festival, received a runner-up Best Director award, and an Audience Award at the Seattle International Film Festival. Warner Home Video subsequently acquired the domestic distribution rights for the film.

Following Westender's success, Brock collaborated with 80s icon Michael Biehn, known for his roles in Terminator, The Abyss, and Tombstone, to produce a grindhouse-style thriller, The Victim. Anchor Bay Entertainment secured the distribution rights for the film.
