Brian Olliver's journey began with a Bachelor's degree from New York University, which led him to trade in the concrete jungle for the majestic snow-capped mountains of Utah. For a year, he indulged in the carefree lifestyle of a ski bum, before reluctantly hanging up his aprés-ski boots to pursue a career in freelance filmmaking. His expertise lay in directing and producing high-octane action sports videos, which eventually caught the attention of Fuel TV, a subsidiary of the Fox Network Group.
In 2004, Olliver joined the Fuel TV team, where he honed his skills by producing action sport content for television and overseeing production on the network's flagship series, "Firsthand". As he continued to grow as a filmmaker, he began to diversify his portfolio by taking on short-form projects, including producing and directing commercials for renowned brands such as Pepsi and Toyota. Throughout his career, Olliver has seamlessly merged the core principles of action sports with mainstream appeal, crafting content that resonates with a broad audience.
