Bonnie Orr, a talented individual, hails from High Point, North Carolina.
She has earned a master's degree in communication and a Doctorate in marketing/advertising from the prestigious University of Texas at Austin.
Bonnie furthered her education by completing the graduate-level professional program in screenwriting at the renowned University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Her impressive credentials include writing and co-producing her own TV pilot, "Poodle Dog Lounge".
Professionally, Bonnie served as the head of Development and Production at Ranch Studios for three years, where she wrote and produced several notable projects, including "The Lights", "Secret at Arrow Lake", and "Corruption.gov".
As a freelancer, Bonnie has written several scripts for hire, including a sequel to the critically acclaimed film "Contact".
In addition, she co-wrote an adaptation with David Marion Wilkinson and Todd Allen of "The Empty Quarter", which has been optioned by Presidio Entertainment.
Currently, Bonnie runs her own production company, Palm Tree Productions, where she serves as both a producer and screenwriter.
