Bobby Moresco is an Academy Award-winning writer, director, and producer. Born and raised in the Hell's Kitchen district of Manhattan, he started his career as an actor in New York City. After studying acting with Wynn Handman and Peggy Fuery, Moresco opened The Actor's Gym in New York and later moved the company to Los Angeles in 1978.

Moresco's work has spanned various mediums, including television, film, and stage. He has created, written, and produced numerous projects, including Millennium, EZ Streets, Falcone, and The Black Donnelly's. His latest television work includes The Hundred Code and Whitey, a four-hour movie event about the rise and fall of Boston's infamous Whitey Bulger.

Moresco has also made a significant impact in the film industry, co-writing and producing the breakout film CRASH, which won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay in 2005. He has also worked on other notable films, including MILLION DOLLAR BABY and 10TH & WOLF.

In addition to his work in television and film, Moresco has written and directed over 30 plays Off and Off-Off Broadway. He has also directed Colin Quinn in "An Irish Wake" at the Helen Hayes on Broadway.

Moresco's personal life is marked by his marriage to Barbara, with whom he resides in Los Angeles.
