Bo Lennart Robert Linton is a multifaceted individual, with a career spanning both the entertainment industry and the business world. As a lead actor, he has appeared in two active TV series, "Intrigue" and "Sangre Negra", playing the roles of a detective and an Assistant D.A. respectively.
In his early days, Linton joined the community theater in Temecula, California, where he played the role of "The Boss" in the play "Of Mice and Men". He then went on to be cast in General Hospital, portraying a recurring character of an orderly, and later as the action hero role of Jake Miller in the feature film "Infected".
In 2013, Linton was cast as the lead villain role of Ash Pain in the feature film "Seventy-Nine", which was accepted as an official selection in the La Sci-Fi Film Festival 2014. He also showcased his comedic side in two children's films, "Ghost Goggles" and "Mobster Kids". Later that year, he was brought back to General Hospital as a new recurring character, Dr. Dosky.
In addition to his acting career, Linton has been the President and/or CEO of several start-up public companies. His first major success was Magnegas, which was started from a garage and is now a thriving NASDAQ listed company. These businesses took him around the world to places such as India, China, several European countries, Kuwait, Malaysia, Korea, and even the United Nations in New York, where he was an invited guest speaker.
Linton is also a competitive tennis player, finishing 2017 as the #1 seed in Southern California in the men's 3.5 division for 18 and up. He was then invited to compete in the National Tournament in Surprise, Arizona. He enjoys racing cars, particularly Porsches, and is an active member of the Porsche Club of America. He is a two-time season champion for 2011 and 2012 in the Porsche 911 Turbo Class, and is also a nationally certified high-performance Porsche Club driving instructor.
Born in Ohio, Linton's family moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana when he was six years old. His Swedish mother, who is first cousin to the actress Linda Haynes, has provided him with extensive travel experiences throughout Europe growing up. Serving six years in the Army National Guard from 1988-1994 gave him the opportunity to travel to places such as Guatemala. He has a Bachelor of General Studies from Louisiana State University, which he attained in the spring of 1994. His studies included theater, creative writing, and business.
