Blaise is a Producer and Executive Production Consultant for Republic Records and Federal Films, overseeing the global music competition show "A2K" in partnership with JYP Entertainment, based in Seoul, South Korea.
As of July 2022, Blaise reports directly to the EVP of Republic Records and the SVP, Creative & Production of Republic Records and Federal Films, managing the show's domestic and international operations, including development, production, creative, accounting, and post-production departments.
Blaise's responsibilities include overseeing the show's development, budget, and operations, as well as music and video clearances, marketing strategies, and legal and insurance protocols. He works closely with JYP's executives in Seoul and Republic's teams in Los Angeles and New York.
Prior to his current role, Blaise was the Production Manager for The Lucky Bastards, Inc. from early 2019 to July 2022, working on high-profile music videos and commercials for clients such as Tiësto, John Legend, Lizzo, Doja Cat, Bebe Rexha, and more.
Blaise started his career as a PA on Investigation Discovery's "True Nightmares" in 2016 and quickly rose through the ranks, working as a PA, Key PA, APOC, and Production Coordinator for various production companies and studios, including Fox Sports, NBCUniversal, Paramount, and more.
He had notable stints on shows like the Emmy Award-winning "Leah Remini: Scientology & the Aftermath" and other Reality and Competition TV shows, including "Siesta Key," "Lip Sync Battle," and "Love & Hip Hop" Hollywood.
In addition to his work in Reality TV, Blaise contributed to commercials for Sprint, Polaris, Acura, and Berlei, and had production-length Assistant Director work on Indie Features "Samland" and "Know Your Enemy".
