William John Bertanzetti, professionally known as Billy Barty, was a talented individual born on October 25, 1924, in the charming town of Millsboro, Pennsylvania. Barty's remarkable career spanned numerous roles, including his iconic portrayal as Mickey Rooney's little brother in the beloved "Mickey McGuire" comedy shorts series.
