Bill Oberst Jr. is an American actor of stage and screen, known for his work on the Daytime Emmy Award-winning "Take This Lollipop" and his role on CBS-TV's "Criminal Minds." Despite his often macabre screen persona, he is a real-life gentle person with an interest in spiritual things.
Oberst has had a successful career in theater, with his staged reading of "Ray Bradbury's Pillar Of Fire" winning several awards, including the Ernest Kearney Platinum Award and the United Solo Theatre Festival Award. He has also toured and performed Off-Broadway in a solo portrayal of Ray Bradbury, authorized by Bradbury's estate and publisher.
On television, Oberst is perhaps most widely known for his role as a deformed killer on CBS-TV's "Criminal Minds." His character was the evening's most-watched TV program and remains one of only a handful of uncaptured "Criminal Minds" killers.
