Bill Baker has spent more than four decades honing his craft as a theatre practitioner in the vibrant city of Memphis, Tennessee. As the visionary founder of the Our Own Voice Theatre Troupe, he has worn many hats, frequently taking on the roles of actor, playwright, and director, bringing his unique perspective and creativity to the stage. In addition to his work with the theatre troupe, Baker is also a valued member of Playback Memphis, a dynamic group that combines improvisational storytelling with the power of live performance. When he's not bringing stories to life on stage, Baker works as a licensed clinical social worker, utilizing his expertise as a psychotherapist to make a positive impact on the lives of his clients in the Memphis community.
