Adler's journey in the world of acting began with a strong foundation in his craft, as he studied at the renowned Goodman School of Drama in Chicago. He also attended Trinity University in Texas and Wayne State University in Detroit, further honing his skills.
Bill made his film debut in the iconic 1975 movie "Switchblade Sisters," directed by the talented Jack Hill, where he played the memorable role of "Fingers."
