Beth LaMure's fascination with storytelling began in her formative years in Roswell, New Mexico, where the air was thick with peculiar tales and urban legends.
Her journey in Hollywood commenced at New World Television, where she honed her skills before transitioning to LucasArts, the independent film arm of Lucas Films, as a development executive.
Subsequently, Beth joined One World Productions, where she cultivated an impressive roster of music video and commercial directors, showcasing her versatility and adaptability.
In her twenties, Beth took a bold step and founded Daisy Force Pictures, a music video and commercial production house, where she served as Executive Producer and/or Director on numerous critically acclaimed music videos.
Throughout her career, Beth has worked with an impressive array of artists, including Savage Garden, Third Eye Blind, The Offspring, Counting Crows, Cyndi Lauper, The Bee Gees, Sex Pistols, Weird Al Yankovic, Eve 6, The Black Crowes, Ben Folds, Hanson, and many more.
In 2003, Beth redirected her focus towards writing, and over the years, she has established herself as a talented writer with a keen sense of character development and dialogue.
In addition to Daisy Winters, three of Beth's original screenplays, She's My Thief, Peter Pan Syndrome, and The Girl From Roswell, have been optioned by producers, showcasing her unique ability to craft captivating stories with unconventional, strong characters and authentic dialogue.
