Belinda Balaski's acting career began at the tender age of five, and since then, she has accumulated an impressive repertoire of film and television credits. Her extensive body of work includes starring roles in numerous feature films, movies of the week, and commercials, as well as guest appearances on dozens of television series.
Notably, she received an Emmy Award for her outstanding performance in the Best After School Special, "Runaways" (1974),and earned two Emmy submissions for "Are You My Mother" (1986) and "Proud Men" (1987). Her remarkable theatre background earned her the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award and two Robbie Awards.
Some of her most memorable movie roles include a free-spirited hippie chick in "The Werewolf of Woodstock" (1975),Essie Beaumont in "Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw" (1976),a pregnant woman in "The Food of the Gods" (1976),and a surfer girl opposite Robert Carradine in "Cannonball!" (1976).
