Born and raised on the picturesque shores of Lake Erie in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, Dare's early life was marked by academic and athletic excellence. He was a standout athlete in high school, winning the Lake Erie league championship in pole vault.
Following his high school graduation, Dare chose to serve his country by enlisting in the US Navy. Stationed at the US submarine base in Holy Loch, Scotland, he gained valuable life experience and skills during his time in the Navy.
After leaving the military, Dare embarked on a journey of self-discovery, traveling across Europe before eventually returning to the United States. He settled in San Diego, California, where he pursued a career in fitness training and print fashion modeling.
