Baxter Renman is a young Swedish actor born in Södermalm, Stockholm. He made his first public appearance in the Swedish TV documentary "Född 2010" and gained popularity in Sweden for his role as Håkan in the "Sune" film series. The movie "Sune vs Sune" was the most viewed Swedish film in 2018, where Baxter's Håkan character played an important role in the story.
Baxter was involved in several productions in 2018, including the top-rated comedy "Finaste Familjen" and the dark TV drama "Tsunami". In 2019, he filmed the TV production "Ture Sventon & Bermudatriangelns hemlighet", where he portrayed the classic villain "Ville Vessla" as a young boy.
The 6th Sune movie "Sune - Best Man" was filmed in early summer 2019 and released in December 2019. Baxter also filmed the 4th season of the popular Swedish TV drama "Vår tid är nu" in fall 2019, where he portrayed a young boy in Stockholm during the 1950's, dreaming of becoming a detective.
In 2020, Baxter filmed his third Sune movie, "Sune - Uppdrag: Midsommar", which was released in June 2021. He also filmed the short film "Hjälmen" in spring 2021 and the TV series "Bäckström" (season 2) for C More/TV4 in summer 2021, where he played the main character, inspector Bäckström, as a young boy.
During autumn/winter 2021/22, Baxter filmed the short film "Såna som oss", a sad and intense semi-documentary drama, and the film "Ett sista race", which was released in Christmas 2023. He also filmed "Bäckström" season 3 and the TV drama "Veronika" in 2022.
In 2023, Baxter filmed the upcoming Netflix TV drama "Genombrottet", where he portrayed the mentally challenged murderer as a child, and the dark drama "Åremorden" for SF Studios, where his troubled teenage character Leo delivers a classic plot twist. "Åremorden" was released on Netflix in February 2025 and quickly became one of the most streamed series on Netflix.
In May 2025, Baxter started filming a new movie in the archipelago of Stockholm, "Arkipelag", written and directed by Alex Schulman. This new movie is a dark drama about escalating conflicts within a group of teenagers on a school trip, where Baxter's character "Ted" is essential in pushing the story towards a bad outcome for all.
