Biography

Barry Keoghan, a talented individual, was born in Summerhill, Dublin, and was raised by his grandmother from the age of nine. He was introduced to the world of performing arts when he enrolled in The Factory, a drama school designed to nurture talent in television and film.

Prior to his breakthrough, Keoghan had brief stints on Dublin-set drama serials such as Fair City and Love/Hate, as well as smaller roles in films like '71, Mammal, and Trespass Against Us. However, it was his consecutive roles in The Killing of a Sacred Deer and Dunkirk that catapulted him to international recognition.

Keoghan's winning streak continued with his cameo in The Batman, his poignant performance in The Banshees of Inisherin, which earned him an Oscar nomination, and his roles in Saltburn, which garnered him Golden Globe and BAFTA nods.

Outside of his acting career, Keoghan is a skilled amateur boxer and a brand ambassador for Burberry.
